Description

1cP-AL-LAD (1-cyclopropionyl-6-allyl-6-nor-lyserginezuurdiethylamide) is een semisynthetische alkaloïde uit de lysergamidklasse. 1cP-AL-LAD is vergelijkbaar met AL-LAD.

1cP-AL-LAD is een semisynthetische alkaloïde uit de lysergamidefamilie. (Alkaloïden zijn een klasse van natuurlijk voorkomende organische verbindingen die ten minste één stikstofatoom bevatten). 1cP-AL-LAD is vergelijkbaar met 1P-LSD en vele andere lysergamiden, met een N,N-diethylamide functionele groep gebonden aan RN van de chemische structuur.

1CP-AL-LAD bevat een bicyclisch hexahydroindool dat is gefuseerd met een bicyclische chinolinegroep (nor-lyserginezuur) in zijn chemische samenstelling. In tegenstelling tot LSD bevat 1cP-AL-LAD geen methylgroep gesubstitueerd op R6 van het nor-lyserginezuurskelet. (Een methylgroep is een alkyl afgeleid van methaan, dat één koolstofatoom bevat dat is gebonden aan drie waterstofatomen.)

Dit maakt 1cP-AL-LAD vergelijkbaar met zijn structureel vergelijkbare neef, AL-LAD. 1cP-AL-LAD wordt op R6 gesubstitueerd met een allylgroep die bestaat uit een methyleenbrug gebonden aan een vinylsubstituent.

1cP-AL-LAD is een chirale verbinding met twee stereocentra op R5 en R8. (Dit betekent dat het een asymmetrisch centrum bevat en in staat is om voor te komen in twee niet-superponeerbare spiegelbeelden.)
